I know that many before me have endeavored to do the same thing, so it’s not terribly original, I’m sure, but I did try to retain many of the elements from the story as it was.

I was reading the story of Disney’s Sleeping Beauty to my kids last week and parts of the story bothered me, so I decided to rewrite it. It’s Friday, the day I share my own writing!
